Terms of Service

By accessing luziq.io or engaging LuzIQ’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

LuzIQ provides AI-powered review management, social media management, and intelligence reporting services to hospitality businesses. Services are billed on a month-to-month basis with no annual contracts required.

Clients must provide accurate and complete information, maintain authorized access to any platforms LuzIQ connects to on their behalf, and promptly notify LuzIQ of any changes to those accounts that may affect service delivery.

Services are billed monthly. Failure to make payment when due may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.

LuzIQ retains ownership of its platform, methodologies, and the reports it generates. Clients retain ownership of their own brand content and data.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of the engagement, and not to disclose it to third parties except as required to deliver the service or as required by law.

LuzIQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of its services. LuzIQ’s maximum liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid by the client in the prior 30 days.

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days’ written notice. LuzIQ may terminate immediately in the event of a material breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

LuzIQ may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted at luziq.io/terms with a revised “last updated” date.
