1. Your Right to Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of any personal data LuzIQ holds about you.
2. What Data We Hold
LuzIQ may hold the following data about you:
- Contact form submissions — name, email, property name, and message
- Instagram and Facebook messaging data accessed via the Meta Conversations API on behalf of clients
3. How to Request Deletion
Email hello@luziq.io with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include your name and the email address associated with your submission or account. We will process your request within 30 days.
4. What Happens After Your Request
Your data will be permanently deleted from our systems and any third-party processors we use. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
5. Exceptions
We may retain certain data where required by law or to resolve disputes.
